Mission

Kingdom Leaders Network (KLN) is dedicated to activating and releasing the sons and daughters of God to walk in the fullness of the Spirit to fulfill the calling and assignments that God has prepared for them (Eph. 1:18,2:10). Knowing our identity and Holy calling is crucial to accomplish this task. KLN provides a safe and supportive environment to explore identity and discover, develop, and practice one’s individual unique spiritual gifting. KLN believes that participants who are trained, equipped, and confident will walk in their unique calling and make manifest God’s Kingdom and purposes in their lives.

Founders

Tina Cropper

Tina has been pursuing her faith-walk since her mid-twenties. She and her husband Keefe served in pastoral ministry for 35 years before retiring in 2021. In ministry, Tina has been involved and developed women's ministry, led bible studies, taught and discipled others, and engaged in overseas missions. Her passion, however, has focused on intercession and intimacy in prayer and discipling others in how to pursue God's Presence. What emerged through all was an ability to see/sense in others a holy calling and encourage its activation in their lives.”

Keefe Cropper

Keefe retired from pastoral ministry in 2021. Since then he has served as interim pastor for Churches in leadership transition. Over his ministry his focus has turned to discerning, activating and releasing the spiritual potential and calling in people. This has drawn him to study in wide ranging fields of human and spiritual potential including psychology, spiritual charisms, ancient and current Christian mysticism and the spiritual practices that awaken people to their calling and purpose.
